Loved the location, just a block from the main street and with amazing views of the water. Our room had a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying mornings with fresh air and a view. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering variety like fresh juices and vegan options. Special thanks to the attentive staff. they were genuinely kind and remembered our names. However, the wifi was inconsistent, and I had to ask multiple times for toiletries that should have been refilled daily. Also, the toilet felt cramped, which affected comfort. So many positives, but the small improvements would make a big difference!

The staff was fantastic, ensuring we felt at home while staying with my family and colleagues. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the harbor. We appreciated the concierge service for planning our outings, and the WiFi was free and reliable.
My wife says that clearer dietary options at breakfast would be nice.

The stay was quite enjoyable since I loved relaxing by the pool after a busy day exploring the area, and the delicious breakfast truly hit the spot every morning. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were great spots to unwind. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

great staff but some room for improvement
The staff made my stay memorable. Carolina offered a warm VIP welcome with thoughtful gestures. Breakfast every morning was delightful, with fresh fruit that energized my day and a wide selection to choose from. The pool area was quite appealing, providing a lovely spot to unwind after exploring.
The WiFi connection was inconsistent at times, which was a bit frustrating.

Comfort and Convenience with a Touch of Warmth!
My family and I enjoyed a delightful 5-night stay. The staff's friendliness made us feel right at home. However, I recommend improving the breakfast area with ceiling fans for extra comfort. Remember to communicate dietary requirements for breakfast beforehand, just to make things smoother.
